QFun Platform User Agreement – General Terms

This agreement pertains to the QFun platform (www.qfun.tech), developed and operated by Sichuan Shujing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shujing”). The purpose of this agreement is to govern the relationship between Sichuan Shujing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “we” or “our”) and users of the QFun platform. Please carefully read and independently consider this agreement before confirming whether you accept and agree to all terms and completing the registration process as instructed.

By clicking the “I accept the QFun Service Agreement” button (or by actually using the QFun platform services) during the registration process, you fully accept this Service Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you may choose not to register and exit the website. We reserve the right to revise and amend this agreement at any time. Revised terms will be published on the QFun website with notification of changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may discontinue logging into your account and using our services. If you continue logging in or using our services, it indicates your acceptance of all amended terms. In the event of any disputes, the latest version of this User Registration Service Agreement will prevail.

Section 1: Registration Conditions for QFun

  1. You must possess full civil conduct capacity and have the ability to independently assume relevant responsibilities.
  2. You must have a valid email address or mobile number capable of receiving our notifications.
  3. At the time of registration, you must be at least 14 years old.

Section 2: Registration Requirements for QFun

  1. You may register only one account on the QFun platform. This account must undergo identity verification before it can be used normally.
  2. You must ensure that all information and materials provided are true, accurate, and complete, and you should update user information in a timely manner to reflect any changes. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete your information, as well as refuse to provide services.
  3. After completing the registration process on our platform, you gain full usage rights for the registered account. You acknowledge and agree that during account use, if the verification data for service use or paid service purchases (natural persons, hereafter referred to as such) does not match the information initially provided during registration, we reserve the right to determine account ownership based on the following priority criteria:
    • The party that signed the Service Agreement with our platform;
    • The payment account name used for service fees;
    • The latest information provided during the most recent identity verification;
    • Any other materials you believe can prove your ownership of the account.
  4. You acknowledge and agree that once account rights are transferred, they do not expire or downgrade even if the purchased service expires or is downgraded to a free version. If you require assistance in modifying account data, natural persons must provide ownership proof of all rights following identity verification, including, but not limited to, ID cards, payment receipts, bank card information, and related signed authorization documents.
  5. Your registered account name must not contain any of the following:
    • Violations of the Constitution or laws and regulations,
    • Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity,
    • Content damaging the nation’s honor and interests or public interests,
    • Content inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity,
    • Content violating national religious policies, promoting cults, or spreading superstitions,
    • Rumors, misinformation, and content disturbing public order or undermining social stability,
    • Obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, or terror-inducing content, or content inciting crime,
    • Content insulting or defaming others or infringing on the legal rights of others,
    • Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

If we discover any of the above or inappropriate content in your registered account, we reserve the right to revoke your user qualifications, and you will bear any resulting consequences.

Section 3: Login and Password Management

  1. After registration, members must use the login username and password issued by the QFun platform to complete surveys on the QFun platform.
  2. Members are fully responsible for managing and using the username and password issued by the QFun platform during registration.
  3. Members are prohibited from transferring, lending, changing the name of, selling, or providing their QFun platform username and password to third parties in any form.
  4. If a third party uses the member’s username and password due to the member’s negligence, misuse, or other circumstances, the QFun platform will not assume any responsibility for any resulting damages, regardless of whether the member is at fault.

Section 4: Prohibited Member Conduct

Members must not engage in the following behaviors or in actions that may lead to the following:

  1. Conduct that violates public morality.
  2. Actions that contravene relevant laws and regulations in China.
  3. Infringement on the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, property rights, or other rights of the QFun platform, other members, or third parties.
  4. Defamation or slander directed at the QFun platform, other members, or third parties.
  5. Actions that cause harm or damage to the QFun platform, other members, or third parties.
  6. Behavior that obstructs the operation of the service.
  7. Registration or survey participation with false or misleading information.
  8. Unauthorized sales activities or behaviors that may be interpreted as sales activities without QFun platform consent.
  9. Duplicate registration by the same person or registration under a false identity.
  10. Illegal use of the QFun platform login username and password.

Section 5: Confidentiality Obligations

  1. Members have a duty of confidentiality concerning any information related to surveys they participate in, including the survey’s general outline or content, regardless of whether they respond to the survey. Members must not disclose or share such information with third parties.
  2. The confidentiality obligation includes, but is not limited to, refraining from disclosing or sharing with anyone outside of the QFun platform or with third parties any of the following:
    • Information obtained through survey-related questions or any other means,
    • Text data, image data, video data, or any other data used on the website,
    • Responses to survey questions.
  3. Members are prohibited from using or repurposing the above information or data for any purpose other than responding to survey questions.

Section 6: Email Communications

  1. If a member exchanges emails with the QFun platform, the member must use the email address provided during registration.
  2. If the member uses an email address different from the one registered, resulting in any loss or damage, the QFun platform assumes no responsibility.
  3. When replying to emails from the QFun platform, members should follow the designated methods specified by the platform.
  4. If the member suffers any loss or damage due to not following the platform’s designated email response methods, the QFun platform assumes no responsibility.
  5. The QFun platform is not responsible for the contents of the email text that members send.
  6. The QFun platform assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages caused by delays or non-delivery of emails sent by the platform to members or vice versa.
  7. If emails sent by the QFun platform to a member continuously fail to be delivered over a certain period, the platform may, without the member’s consent, temporarily suspend email notifications or cancel the member’s registration.
  8. The content of emails sent by the QFun platform to specific members is intended solely for those members. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, the member must not share this content with third parties or disclose it publicly.

Section 7: Earning and Redeeming QPoints

  1. While using the QFun platform, you may have opportunities to accumulate Q Points. Q Points cannot be auctioned, traded, exchanged, or sold, nor can they be transferred under any circumstances, such as in cases of death, gifts, familial relationships, or otherwise, unless required by law.
  2. Details about survey rewards, rules, and terms may be provided within the user agreement, on the QFun official website, at the beginning or end of a survey, within survey invitations, on the rewards redemption page, and/or in any SMS or other communications distributed or published by Shujing.
  3. The QFun platform is not responsible if Q Points cannot be transferred to the member’s specified account due to incorrect registration information.
  4. If any Q Points are mistakenly credited to a member’s account, QFun reserves the right to remove them from the account.
  5. If any Q Points are fraudulently obtained and credited to a member’s account, QFun reserves the right to remove the Q Points and may suspend or cancel the account.
  6. Q Points will be deducted from the member’s account when a redemption request is made.
  7. Q Points can only be redeemed for products on the QFun platform’s mall.
  8. QFun may modify, change, or delete Q Point rewards and redemption conditions at any time, including but not limited to redemption levels, ratios, identity requirements, and the conditions for earning or redeeming Q Points. Additionally, QFun may terminate the Q Point rewards and redemption program at any time.
  9. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any Q Points earned through the QFun platform may be subject to taxes, for which you are solely responsible. QFun may report or provide information on any payments or rewards you receive from the QFun platform to the appropriate government or tax authorities. You agree to provide any necessary information to assist QFun in fulfilling its reporting or withholding obligations. QFun may withhold taxes from any incentives or rewards as required by applicable law.
  10. Q Point redemption rules: The number of Q Points required to redeem a product or cash will be displayed on the page.

Section 8: Rights Ownership

  1. All copyright and other related rights to information sent by the QFun platform to members belong to the QFun platform or other entities. Without the platform’s permission, members may not use this information.
  2. All rights, including copyrights, to the information (hereafter referred to as “Response Information”) provided by members in survey responses on the QFun platform shall be transferred to the platform. The QFun platform may freely select, modify, and edit this Response Information. Furthermore, members waive any moral rights associated with the copyright of the information provided to the QFun platform.
Section 9: Membership Cancellation (Withdrawal)

  1. To cancel your membership, you must complete the procedures specified by the QFun platform. Once you complete these procedures, your membership will be officially withdrawn, and all information associated with you will be permanently deleted from the QFun platform database.
  2. Upon cancellation of membership, you will lose all Q Points and any associated rights related to the service as of the time of your withdrawal. You will have no further claims against the QFun platform.

Section 10: Temporary Suspension or Cancellation of Membership

If a member engages in any of the following actions, the QFun platform may, without prior consent from the member, temporarily suspend the sending of surveys or suspend/cancel the member’s account:

  1. Violating any provisions of this agreement or other rules established by the QFun platform.
  2. If the QFun platform determines that the member has provided contradictory or erroneous survey responses, engaged in duplicate or fraudulent registration, or has potentially committed other violations.
  3. In cases where the platform temporarily suspends survey dispatch or suspends/cancels the member’s account, the platform will also suspend/cancel all rights associated with the service. Under such circumstances, the QFun platform is not obligated to notify the member of the suspension/cancellation or provide reasons for the actions taken. Members should be aware of this clause in advance.
  4. When the QFun platform cancels a member’s qualifications, all identifiable personal information, Q Points, and registration information from the registration process will be permanently deleted.

Section 11: Liability

  1. The QFun platform is not responsible for any interruptions, delays, stoppages, data loss, data access errors, or other issues that may occur during the service due to communication line or system failures, even if these result in losses or damages to the member.
  2. If a member violates this agreement and causes losses to the platform or to third parties, all Q Points held by the member will become invalid. The QFun platform will not provide gifts or other benefits, and it reserves the right to seek compensation for damages from the member.

Section 12: Service Content Changes and Temporary Suspension, Termination, or Discontinuation

                  1. The QFun platform reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, terminate, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without prior notice, regardless of the member’s consent.
                  2. If any losses or damages occur due to such changes, temporary suspension, termination, or discontinuation of the service, the QFun platform assumes no responsibility.

                  This agreement, including its formation, enforcement, interpretation, and resolution of disputes, shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of a dispute between the QFun platform and a member under this agreement, the matter shall be resolved in the court with jurisdiction over the location of Shujing. Even if a court with jurisdiction determines any clause of this agreement to be illegal or invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.
