Log in as a member, go to the menu bar “My Qtask” “Qboard” in the upper right corner of the webpage to view the ongoing survey list . After signing up to participate the survey you interested in , the system will send the message to you( the “My Message” page). Click on the relevant new message to get survey link and enter it. After the survey is submitted, the system will review it and you will get the corresponding points.
Q:Why my survey terminate without answering any question?
Different products and services require different groups of people. If you are not the target group, you will be screened out. Another situation is that the questionnaire has a quantity requirement. For example, the questionnaire requires 1,000 copies, and you are the 1,001th respondent. If the questionnaire exceeds the collection quantity, you will also be screened out. Log in to our website at any time, or subscribe to the website’s email notifications, and participate in the survey as soon as possible, the failure rate will be greatly reduced.
Q:Why can't I redeem my points
We will review the content of the questionnaire, which will take time. Once the review is passed, the points can be redeemed for goods.
Q:I have completed the survey, why can't I get points?
If your questionnaire does not receive points immediately, it may be due to unstable network and background review. Please do not worry, if you successfully complete the questionnaire, the points will be automatically added to the points balance after review, which takes 15-30 days. You can check the progress of the points reward in the questionnaire participation record (hyperlink).
Q:I get the minimum points?
You can follow and view your survey participation records. If your survey status is screened or full, it means that the survey has ended midway.
Q:what is 0-1000 points means?
A survey consists of screening part and main part. The screening part is used to screen out participants with suitable conditions. If you successfully complete both parts, you will get the highest points. If the minimum point of the questionnaire is not zero, you will still get bonus points for that part even if you are screened.

Sorry, once you submit your points redemption application, you cannot withdraw it. Please carefully check your account number and redemption target information before redeeming your points.
