Sichuan Shujing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sichuan Shujing” or “we”) greatly values the protection of users’ personal information. When you download, open, browse, register, log in, or use the “QFun” website (www.qfun.tech) and related products and/or services, we may collect and use certain information about you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information, and provides information on how you can access, update, control, and protect your information.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies to all existing and future platforms, products, and services operated by Sichuan Shujing. If any products or services provided by our affiliated companies use services or products from Sichuan Shujing without a separate privacy policy, this Privacy Policy also applies to those products and/or services. Affiliates mentioned in this Privacy Policy refer to entities that have the capability to directly or indirectly control, jointly control, or exert significant influence over Sichuan Shujing, or that are subject to such control, joint control, or significant influence with Sichuan Shujing.
Section 1 How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
Types of Information We May Collect:
- Due to the reward points redemption system, which may be equivalent to cash rewards and involve tax obligations, certain necessary information is required for users to register and utilize our products and services. If users do not provide this information, they may be unable to access our services. We will collect, store, and use this information as required, and ensure it is anonymized or destroyed appropriately.
- The necessary information includes personal details such as your phone number, gender, email address, Alipay account, geographical location, third-party chat usernames, and nicknames, as well as other information stored during service delivery.
- In certain cases, we may need to collect additional details, such as login and logout records, online duration, software usage details corresponding to activities, keywords, advertisement click frequency and quantity, online times, dates, saved items, search queries, shares, invites, push notifications, IP addresses, device identifiers, point redemption history, related logs, and any information requiring a contract agreement between the user and our company.
- To identify users who are best suited for our products through advertising media, we may collect device attribute information (e.g., International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Media Access Control (MAC) address, etc.). We may link information from various devices to provide consistent services across them. Additionally, as a market research application, we collect IP addresses to prevent fraudulent behavior by a minority of users.
- We take the protection of personal information very seriously. To improve our products and services and to deliver more targeted market research activities, we collect information for these purposes. When you use our products and/or services, you agree and authorize us to collect the following information:
- (1) Profile photo for uploading;
- (2) Personal device information;
- (3) Network connection details for participating in online surveys.
- You can delete your account on the settings page (My – Settings – Permanently Delete Account). Once your account is deleted, we will stop providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by laws and regulations. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and any pending point redemption requests cannot be processed. All points will be set to zero.
Section 2 Information Collected for Service Delivery
To ensure accurate and timely interaction with users, maintain product quality and security, safeguard user interests, and prevent unauthorized access or misuse of points and other benefits, we may collect the following types of information to meet user and customer requirements:
1) Identity Verification – For confirming the authenticity of user identity, validating the authenticity of registered accounts, and verifying the authenticity of invited users.
2) Accurate Push Notifications – For sending product-related updates, advertisements, and links from third-party partners.
3) Activity Participation – For users to participate in promotional activities and product or service surveys.
4) Market Research Activities – To enable participation in market research activities on our platform, covering but not limited to the above scenarios, and in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
To better serve all users, we may collect and store information from the following sources:
- Information you provide to the QFun platform;
- Information obtained by the QFun platform during your use of products and/or services;
- Information you share through our products and/or services with others.
Sichuan Shujing will legally and reasonably minimize the collection of personal information as much as possible to fulfill the following purposes:
2.1 User Registration
To become a registered member, users must fully agree to the QFun platform’s membership terms and complete the entire registration process. During registration, based on the chosen method, we will collect the following personal information:
- Phone Number/Call Permission: If you choose to register/login with a phone number, you will provide this as personal information. To validate the number, the application may request call/SMS permissions for automatic verification using a text message code. However, you may choose to deny these permissions.
- Email Address: If you choose to register/login with an email, you will provide this as personal information, and we will verify your account via email.
- Third-Party Accounts (WeChat, QQ, Weibo), Nicknames, and Avatars: If you choose to register/login through a third-party account, we will read and confirm the above information from the account registration details based on the authorized login page.
- MAC Address: We collect your device’s MAC address to identify if your account is logged in on a new device. If so, SMS verification may be required to secure your account.
2.2 Service Content
To deliver accurate and relevant surveys, we may need additional information, including but not limited to:
- Location Information (upon consent): To provide accurate location-based services or match you with nearby services, we may collect location information from your device. This can include GPS data or other sensor information related to nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers. You can choose not to share location information by adjusting device permissions.
- Personal Information in Surveys: For tailored survey content, users may provide identity details (e.g., name, profession), demographic information (e.g., age, gender, city, education level), personal interests (e.g., income, phone brand, car ownership), and more. This information can be declined or restricted in settings without affecting access to other services.
- Browser Information: We automatically collect certain information, such as browser type, IP address, device model, and system version.
- Photo/Audio/Video Upload Permissions: If you need to insert multimedia files into surveys, you may grant us permission to access your camera or gallery. You can adjust these settings anytime in your device settings.
2.3 Redemption Information
To convert points into gift cards or cash, users must provide personal identification, such as ID and phone number or Alipay account, to ensure proper rewards distribution.
2.4 Invitation to Friends
When sharing links to QQ, WeChat, or other platforms, we obtain related information from these third-party sites to ensure successful sharing.
2.5 Message Push, In-App Messages, and Reminders
For notifications related to survey participation, reminders, or general platform updates, we may collect device identification codes and notification settings.
2.6 Fraud Prevention and Security Enhancement
We take all reasonable measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, phishing, and other risks by collecting account information, device information, transaction details, and location data. We may also integrate data from affiliates and authorized third parties for these purposes.
Section 3 How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information
- Security Measures:
We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, alteration, damage, or loss. We take all reasonable steps to secure your personal information. For instance:

Secton 4 How We Handle Children’s Personal Information
Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for users who are 14 years of age or older. Children under the age of 14 may not create their own user accounts without the consent of a parent or guardian. If parental consent is obtained, we will only collect, use, or disclose children’s personal information when it is legally permissible, explicitly agreed to by the parent or guardian, or necessary for the protection of the child.
Although the legal definitions of “children” vary by country, we consider anyone under the age of 14 to be a child. If we find that we have collected children’s personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete the data as quickly as possible.
Section 5 Rights and Responsibilities
1. Survey Participation and Benefits:
Registered members of the QFun platform are eligible to participate in surveys and receive related rewards.
2. Freedom to Express Opinions:
As an official member, you are free to provide honest opinions about the products or services under survey and to make suggestions and requests for improvements.
3. Privacy Commitment:
QFun is committed to protecting user privacy and personal information. We guarantee that we will not disclose any user’s personal information or private data to third parties without legal requirements or the user’s written consent.
4. Providing Accurate Personal Information:
Upon registration, users are expected to provide accurate personal information, such as their name, workplace, and email address. QFun may also request additional information to determine eligibility for specific market research activities that may have specific requirements. This information is used to establish a personal account, which is protected by a user-defined password.
5. Limitation of Liability:
QFun is not liable for any disputes or information disclosure that may result from improper internet usage or handling by the user.
6. Timely Completion of Surveys:
After receiving survey invitations, users are required to complete the surveys within the specified time and submit them. QFun will confirm the survey’s validity and send a response email, which counts as one valid survey response and accumulates points accordingly.
7. Inactive Accounts:
For users who do not log in or participate in any platform activities (such as on the app, WeChat, website, etc.) for an extended period, QFun reserves the right to clear the account. This includes any points or diamonds associated with the account. Users whose accounts have been cleared can contact QFun’s customer support to request reinstatement, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Account Deletion:
Users can apply to delete their accounts by sending an email request to info@qfun.net.cn or by using the “Delete Account” feature. Deleting an account will result in the loss of all account rights, including all accumulated points. After deletion, we will stop providing services and delete personal information as requested, except where otherwise required by laws and regulations. Account deletion will be completed within 15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date of the request.
Section 6 Research Analysis Methods
- Data Analysis and Sources:
QFun has the right to analyze and organize information provided by users. The sources of this information include, but are not limited to:
- (a) Data collected through web services and user access information,
- (b) Survey forms completed by registered users,
- (c) Information obtained from market activities conducted by QFun, and
- (d) User information legally obtained from other partner websites.
- Categorization and Regional Analysis:
QFun has the right to categorize and analyze user data by type, grouping, and region, to determine user characteristics and regional trends.

We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard the personal information you provide, protecting it from unauthorized access, public disclosure, misuse, modification, damage, or loss. We take every reasonable step to secure your personal data. Measures include:

Section 8 Other Terms
1. Right to Interpret and Modify:
QFun retains the right to interpret and modify the terms of this agreement.
2. Terms Modification Notification:
QFun may update the terms of the service agreement at any time. If modifications occur, a notification of changes will be displayed on the QFun platform page. Users who disagree with the changes may contact QFun directly. If users continue to participate in QFun’s online surveys, it is understood that they have accepted the modified terms.
3. Agreement Completeness:
This agreement, along with other QFun service agreements, constitutes a complete contract. If any part of this agreement is found to conflict with the current laws of the People’s Republic of China, that portion will be deemed invalid but will not affect the validity of other sections.
4. Privacy Policy Updates:
QFun may make adjustments or changes to this Privacy Policy over time. Any updates will be marked with the date and published on our website. Unless otherwise required by laws or regulatory authorities, the updated Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon notification or publication. By continuing to use any service or access our related websites after the updates, we consider that you have read, understood, and agreed to the updated Privacy Policy.
